Those entitled to use the site for the installation of an urn column segment must pay the costs for the urn column segments including accessories and engrave the inscription at their own expense.

The amount of the levy shall be reduced by 10 per cent of the fixed levy amounts in each case if the dwelling has no central heating, no electrical energy supply or no water tapping point in the dwelling.
